1)  Ceramic sagger is fragile, handlely operate it;  

2)  Keep it dry, avoid rain or humidity;  

3)  Pre-heated it before using;    

4)  Must slowly adjusting temperature ( up slowly & down slowly)!from room temperature to 1500℃, usually ≥10hours . From high temperature to room temperature, the longer time the better, open the kiln door below 100℃;  

5) Don’t blasting cool air into your kiln/furnace, otherwise the sagger /slab easily crack. If air blower or induced-draft fan is necessary in your process, please inform us, we will adjust our formula for your application. 6)  If firing temperature above 1500℃, and your products is white or light color, avoide any potential pollution on your products, then need coating our R-SiC sagger / plate with Al2O3, or put a Corundum-mullite plate on our R-SiC Slabs.
