首先感谢选用我司产品! 为达到理想使用寿命，现就使用注意事项说明如下：

Firstly tks for choosing HW’s product, to achieve ideal using life, please accordingly operate it as follow:

1）轻拿轻放  Handle Carefully

升液管属于陶瓷制品，易碎，请轻拿轻放，避免磕碰；

Riser tube is ceramic and fragile, handle carefully, avoide knock;

2）预热    Pre-heat

预热是十分必要的工序，未经预热的升液管不能直接投入使用，否则会开裂！

Pre-heat is very necessary, un-preheated riser tube is forbiden to use, otherwise would be crack!

A：若釜内有铝液， 先把升液管插入压力釜内少许，深入长度100-200MM，靠釜内的温度慢慢提高升液管的温度，一般缓慢插入10MM/分钟。达到指定深度后，继续保持1小时以上，升液管与釜内温度一致后方可升液。

If molten Aluminum exsiting into the reaction kettle, firstly insert

100-200MM,gentlely warm the tube by molten Aluminum,and move it into the reaction kettle by 10MM/Minute. When tube reach the right position, keep it heating over 1 hour, when the riser tube and reaction kettle get same temperature, then start working.

B: 若釜内没有铝液，且处在室温阶段，可直接将其插入到位，然后缓慢将釜加热至800℃左右，时间不少于3个小时，然后再把铝液压入釜内开始铸造。加热过程中，应尽量缩小升液管上下部位的温差。

If reaction kettle is empty under home temperature, directly insert the riser tube into right position, slowly heat the kettle to 800℃, heating time must be ＞3hours (during heating, maximum reduce the temp difference between up part and down part), then start working.

3）包裹  Covering the tube

使用中，升液管有部分暴露在压力釜外部，为减少热量散发，保持管子的温度均匀，最好用保温毡将其包裹。

如果设备维修需要拔出管子，请将其放在保温毡上并包裹好，不能直接放在地板上，以免温差过大，导致管子破裂。

During working, cover the outside part tube with insulation blanket, keep whole tube with average temp.

If need discharge the riser tube when maintaining equipment, put it on insulation blanket and covering properly. Don’t directly put it on floor, otherwise it will be crack cause of big temp difference.
